- 【Main Job Purpose】
The role plays the centre of the excellence of the Japan Finance, lead the financial planning & analysis for Japan national level. This role also is one of the important interface windows to Greater Asia FET (Finance Excellence Team) for integration agenda.
The candidate will business partner value creation with cross functions executives. Prioritization, problem solving, and strong collaboration/interpersonal skills would be required to work effectively with stakeholders and team members across locations. prior experience in FP&A would be a must.]
【Main Accountabilities】
・Centre of reporting & excellence
a. Ensure timely and accurate reporting for business management results for the company across different business unit, stay close with Greater Asia region and global.
b. Own end-to-end the financial forecasting process by working together with the Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain community to incorporate all the relevant information.
c. Work together with the Financial Head and finance business partners to review the business performance and present the insight to company board of director
・Centre of insight for business value creation
a. Lead development of insights within in-scope areas which drive productive action / improved business performance (e.g. GM and mix performance, BMI, OVH)
b. Drive FET efficiency and effectiveness as part of a global network of FETs ensuring seamless work across cost and budget control.
・Craft & land future finance excellence team
a. Develop, live and embed the FET vision and strategy, drive process simplification and improvements.
b. Own end-to-end FET processes, always stay on the frontline on advanced technology to drive process excellence.
・People & Team
a. Proactively manage resourcing and prioritisation
b. roactively contribute to talent development, pipeline build up as one of the finance leaders.
<勤務時間>
9:00-17:20(休憩45分)
フレックスタイム勤務、在宅勤務の利用は申請後承認の上、利用可能な場合あり
応募に必須な
資格・経験- • At least 2-3 years of experience in a senior specialist or business partnering role.
• Experience in managing the business performance and P&L statement.
• Strong finance operational foundation in performance management, reporting, controllership and accounting
• Strong analytical skills, ability to make the complex simple
• Strong Leadership skills and experience in dealing with a variety of stakeholders from both Finance and non-Finance departments
• Inclusive leadership style and committed to talent building
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point
